After his Grandmother was moved into a nursing home, Dan reluctantly moved to Stroud in Gloucestershire,  where he lived in a tiny, barely furnished flat. Not knowing anyone in the area he felt desperately unhappy and lonely, and he wondered whether his life could get any worse. What he didn’t know then was that something incredible was about to happen.

One day he clearly heard from ‘the voices’ - “put your coat on lad, we’re going for a walk” - and found himself wandering aimlessly around the streets of Stroud until he stopped outside the local Spiritualist Church. Not knowing why but feeling drawn to, he entered, this step embarked him on a journey outside his comprehension. He finally found the peace and understanding he had been searching for but most of all he discovered that he was not actually insane - he was a Medium - able to connect with the unseen forces of the Spirit World and that all his life the voices and the people he had been seeing were as real as the physical people around him.

There began a crash course in working with and understanding his Spirit Guides and the Spirit World. It has helped him fight his own personal demons and emotional traumas, given him strength and belief in himself and his ability to help others. By experiencing such deep trauma in his own life Dan has empathy and compassion with those he feels privileged to help.
